SPLASHBOND Splashbond
was developed specifically for splashzone applications
under active cathodic protection. Splashbond
is a uniquely spreadable underwater repair epoxy,
based on a unique blend of liquid epoxy polymer
and aliphatic polyamine curing agents, which is
able to displace water from wet surfaces in order
to make a permanent bond. Corrosion protection
and prevention on steel surfaces is created even
whilst under active cathodic protection.
Splashbond
is applied by straight-edged spreader or by hand
to steel above or below water for applications
above or below water.
PIPE PRIME Pipe Prime
was developed as a primer coat, filler, or an adhesive
to steel surfaces. Pipe Prime is also excellent
at displacing water and can also be applied on
wet surfaces. It has extremely wide chemical resistance
and is ideal for applications in Wastewater, Pulp
and Paper, and Chemical industries with severe
chemical exposures. The formulation is solvent-free
to ensure safety and maximum technical performance.
Kevlar.* fibers are incorporated for reinforcement
and viscosity management and increased application
rates. Proprietary catalysts speed up the curing
process for maximum productivity.
EP400
EPOXY STICK
EP-400 (4 oz.) epoxy putty is a pre-measured kneadable
reinforced epoxy putty stick that cures "steel-hard"
within 15 to 20 minutes of mixing at room temperature
(77 degree F). The epoxy is extremely tough and
durable with exceptional adhesion to a wide range
of surfaces.
Within an hour, it can be drilled, tapped, sanded,
painted, filed or machined. It can be used to
bond, seal, plug, mold or rebuild many different
surfaces. The epoxy is capable of withstanding
temperatures up to 500 degree F and will even
harden under water.
BC-HHA 330
BC-HHA 330 is designed for applications where resistance to aggressive
chemical exposure is of paramount importance. The sophisticated resin formula
has excellent resistance to acids, acid fumes and a wide variety of solvents.
BC-HHA 330 cures to a very tough, abrasion and impact resistant film. Proprietary
gelling agents confer heat resistant high properties which allow easy application even
to hot surfaces of 225 degrees F and above.
Application: Tank Lining: High hydrocarbon chemical resistance and early return to service
make BC-HHA 330 an ideal high build tank lining and pipe coating when applications must be
made to hot surfaces.
