Pipe Wrap is a fast, easy to use, durable and cost-effective pipe repair system. This resin-impregnated fiberglass wrap adheres to copper, PVC, fiberglass, concrete and all metal pipes. Pipe Wrap is resistant to most harsh chemicals and heat resistant up to 400°F. Pipe Wrap repairs leaks up to 450° psi,, reinforces pipes and protects against corrosion, abrasion and impact.

Pipe Wrap stops leaks on ALL pipes used in agricultural, mining, marine, municipal, residential, and industrial applications. It can work underwater and is available in different sizes. Pipe Wrap has been UL classified according to ANSI/NSF 61 standards for drinking water safety. Supplied ready to use, Pipe Wrap requires no mixing or measuring and is ideal to keep on hand for emergencies or simply for everyday use.

1. Turn off pipe flow, and roughen pipe surface. Plug leak with epoxy putty.
2. Immerse wrap in cool water for at least 30 seconds; then tightly wrap the leak.
3. Grip and smooth resins around tape in direction of wrap, massaging until they harden.
4. Wait 30 minutes to re-pressurize pipe.

Cure Time 30 minutes at temperatures between 50°– 80°F. Pipe Wrap may be cooled for at least 15 minutes before foil package is opened to add working and cure time. Heat may be applied to decrease cure time.
Shelf Life Two years if stored between 40°– 83°F and aluminum packet is not punctured. Storage at higher than recommended temperatures can reduce shelf life. Do not use if product is hardened. Rotate stock for best results.
